There Are Four Steps To Becoming A Realtor®
Three Terrific Options to Take the Course
Our virtual CT real estate pre-licensing ‘Principals & Practices‘ courses are held online via Zoom. The courses meet the mandatory requirement for CT real estate salespersons pre-licensing education as set forth by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission. Candidates must complete 60 hours of class time before they can take the course exam. A passing grade of 70% is required for real estate salespersons candidates.

Bethany P. Talbot
Bethany is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Connecticut. She received the award Best of Berlin Realtor in 2019. She is a full time teacher with a masters in educational technology in curriculum and instruction. She loves teaching and using innovative ways to teach students remotely.
