To Earn your ABR Designation:

• Take this 2-day ABR® Designation course
• Complete one qualifying elective course
• Complete 5 transactions solely as a buyer rep (no dual agency)
• Memberships in good standing with both NAR and REBAC

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made by registrants will be accepted and refunds will be granted if the Association is notified 72 hours or more or before the date of the class.
• Funds are not transferrable under any circumstances.
• Attendance is closely monitored and 100% attendance is required. Anyone arriving late, leaving early, or taking more than the schedule classroom breaks, runs the risk of losing their ABR class credit. Refunds and/or transfer of funds will not be permitted.
• A cancellation fee in the amount of $100 will be issued to no-shows that do not cancel 72 hours in advance.
