Bill Reardon has been a REALTOR® member with the Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the past five years. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. He has the desire to help first time home buyers and helping our veterans. He has had transactions for both buyers and sellers in beach communities, condominiums and foreclosures.
In 2013, Bill earned the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) Designation. This designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. In January, 2015, he earned the ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation. This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers your commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers. In addition to the designations, Bill has also obtained his SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosures) Certification, PSCS (Professional Standards Certified Specialist) and AHWD (At Home with Diversity) certification.
During his third year as a REALTOR® Bill was honored with the Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year Award. This was an award that had not been awarded in over five years.
Currently, Bill sits on the ECAR Board of Directors and is active with their Community Relations Committee. He has volunteered for the yearly Community Benefit Raffle and Auction, Red Cross memorial blood drives, Habitat for Humanity Builds and most recently the CT Submarine Century birthday bash.
In his community he has held the Commandership of The Sons of the American Legion Post 96 and is currently the Chaplain for The Sons of the American Legion Post 128.
Bill lives in Black Point, Niantic and enjoys precious time with his wife, grand children and family.
