The Eastern CT Association of REALTORS®, the Norwich Community Development Corp., and the Eastern Connecticut Workforce Investment Board hosted a conference for commercial brokers on October 27 that featured noted Connecticut economist Don Klepper-Smith who painted a bright future for eastern Connecticut’s economy.

Kevin Gremse, National Development Council Director, made a presentation of “Wondering Why Mill Redevelopment is So Difficult? A Case Study on Mill Reuse – Ponemah Mills’’ and Ryan Fischer, Genesee & Wyoming Rail Road Assistant Vice President. talked about “Freight Rail: Can it benefit your project? How to work with the railroad to find out.”
