spoke at a forum hosted by Congressman Courtney in Groton on September 24, 2014 to discuss the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) implementation of the Congressionally mandated reforms required by the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014 that repeal and modify the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012.
