Eastern Connecticut 3rd Quarter Market Statistics

Single family sales rose in the third quarter this year over last year from 799 to 921, a 15% increase. While the average third quarter single family home price increased 1.61% over last year’s third quarter, the median sale price declined 4.76% from $210,000 to $200,000.

It’s also interesting to note that the third quarter median sale price was the same as the second quarter, indicating that prices are stable.
